The Lightwardens

Holminster Switch─an idyllic settlement in the northern reaches of Lakeland; a tranquil village where folk spend their days raising livestock and tending crops; a ripe target for a Lightwarden and its swarm of voracious sin eaters.

Bosses

Forgiven Dissonance

In this encounter, the boss has several abilities that players need to be aware of. "The Path of Light" inflicts moderate damage to the entire party. "Pillory" is a tankbuster ability that players should be prepared for. "Brazen Bull" summons four untargetable orb adds that fire off cross AoEs, creating safe zones in the arena. "Thumbscrew" is cast during Brazen Bull and creates a line AoE towards a safe area while Forgiven Dissonance charges to the edge of the arena. Immediately after Thumbscrew, the boss uses "Wooden Horse," which is a large cone attack directed towards the center of the arena.

Tesleen, the Forgiven

The Tickler is a tankbuster attack that inflicts high damage. Scold's bridle causes moderate damage to the entire party. During Fevered Flagellation, each player will have 1-4 dots above their heads, and Tesleen will charge at each player in order, damaging them as well as any other players in the way. Exorcise involves a stack marker on one player and four circle AoEs around the center of the arena. After the attack, all five targets will leave behind a puddle that inflicts the Bleed status.

Lightwarden: Philia

During the LightwardenPhilia encounter, there are several abilities to be aware of. Scavenger's Daughter inflicts moderate damage to the entire party, while Headcrusher is a tankbuster attack. Pendulum involves a targeted proximity marker on the tank, followed by a proximity marker in the center of the arena. Chain Down targets a random non-tank player with a crosshair, rendering them unable to act until the Iron Chain is destroyed to free them. Aethersup is a large cone attack directed at the Fettered player, causing extremely high damage and applying stacks of Vulnerability Up. Left/Right Knout is an attack that hits in a >180 degree arc on the respective side of Philia, stunning and knocking players hit directly in front of Philia. Taphephobia is a player-targeted circle AoE, while Into the Light is a line stack marker on a random player. Philia's Fierce Beating involves moving to the center of the arena with a rotating marker around it, creating a damaging puddle inside its hitbox. Philia slams the ground in front of it with its arms, generating two moving circle AoEs that travel outward, followed by a cone attack with its tail behind itself. This attack pattern repeats until Philia completes a full 360 degree rotation.
